Daniel Marlow
Founder & Senior Advisor
Founder of Miami House Market. Twenty-plus years guiding international buyers, from Mexico City to São Paulo to Shanghai, through pre-construction acquisitions across Brickell, Sunny Isles, and the broader Miami-Dade corridor.
Daniel started following Miami new construction in the early 2000s, back when Brickell was still more parking lot than skyline. Over twenty years he has watched a handful of towers turn into the corridor that international buyers now fly in to see. That long view is the point. He has sat through two full boom-and-cool cycles, so when a developer calls a launch price a once-in-a-decade number, he can usually tell you whether it actually is.
His focus is the pre-construction stage, where the biggest mistakes and the best entry prices both live. He writes for buyers in Mexico City, São Paulo, Istanbul, and Shanghai who are reading a Miami floor plan from nine time zones away and cannot walk the site themselves. Miami House Market is a research desk, not a brokerage, so his job ends at a clear picture and a warm introduction. The contract itself always goes to a licensed Florida broker.
